Over the last 20 years I've gained a broad spectrum of people knowledge along with a Masters in HR Management. I started BRHR to help clients create good foundations and HR Direction to help their businesses succeed.
Skilled at looking at the bigger picture and proactively managing change, my wealth of HR and operational experience has given me a holistic view of how each business function contributes to success. My pragmatic approach brings together the essential ingredients for achieving high performance, low turnover and sustainable growth.

I am a global HR Director with over 17 years of experience working in senior human capital management roles in Europe and Asia Pacific.
I deliver significant value by working strategically across geographies, jurisdictions, cultural settings and business models.
My passion is enabling commercial outcomes by empowering high performance teams and culture as a competitive advantage. I fundamentally believe that successful HR consultancy is about understanding the business, key needs and tailoring solutions for each client.
